At Campion School, we are proud to be a caring, ambitious and inclusive community where every student is encouraged to achieve their very best.
Guided by our core values of Ambition, Respect, Integrity and Resilience, we strive to develop confident, compassionate and successful young people who are well prepared for life beyond the classroom.
We have high expectations of every student, believing that excellent behaviour, strong attendance, hard work and kindness are the foundations of success. Our dedicated staff work closely with families to provide the support and challenge students need to flourish academically, socially and personally.
Character development sits at the heart of life at Campion. Alongside our broad and ambitious curriculum, we place great importance on opportunities that allow students to discover new interests, develop their talents and broaden their horizons. Reading is a key part of this, with students encouraged to develop a lifelong love of reading through tutor time, the library and a range of literacy initiatives.
Our Electives Programme is a cornerstone of our enrichment offer. Every Key Stage 3 student has the opportunity to participate in a range of creative, academic and physical activities throughout the year, enabling them to explore new passions, build confidence and develop valuable life skills. With opportunities ranging from sport and performing arts to STEM, wellbeing and the creative arts, there is something for every student to enjoy.
Beyond our Electives Programme, we offer an extensive programme of clubs, educational visits, leadership opportunities and enrichment experiences that encourage students to embrace new challenges and contribute positively to our school community. Participation is celebrated throughout the year, recognising the commitment, enthusiasm and character our students demonstrate.
